Pick of the Day (collectively, “We”, “Us”, “pickoftheday.com” or “Pick of the Day”) provides a mobile app and website located at pickoftheday.com (the "Site"). The Site includes all the text, images, audio, code, and other materials we provide (collectively, the “Content”), along with features, tips, and other services we offer.
